Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We partner with Printify’s Rocktomic to fulfill supplement orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on product type and order quantity.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• We currently ship only within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@zestifica.com.

We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of supplements and consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
• A description of the issue

We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund.
