Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Introduction

By subscribing to any recurring plan, service, or membership offered by Zestifica ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service. These terms govern the automatic renewal and billing process of your subscription.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription-based services, which may include exclusive products, digital content, or other recurring deliveries. Each subscription is billed on a recurring basis as outlined at the time of purchase.

Automatic Renewal

All subscription plans are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the renewal period.

Billing & Payment

When you purchase a subscription:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees as listed at the time of purchase.
  • Your payment method will be charged automatically on the renewal date.
  • Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selected plan.
  • If payment is unsuccessful, we may attempt to charge again or suspend your subscription until payment is received.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe and Shopify Payments.

Managing & Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your Zestifica account and navigating to your subscription settings.
  • Contacting our support team at info@zestifica.com.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next renewal period, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, if you experience billing errors or other issues, please contact us for assistance.

Price Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing and terms. If changes affect your current subscription, we will provide notice at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Your continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

Termination by Zestifica

We may terminate or suspend your subscription if:

  • We detect fraudulent activity.
  • There is a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Payment fails after multiple attempts.
